Compensation range: $60,000 - $75,000

Our valued client is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This role will be the Controller's right hand with month-end activities, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, tax-related responsibilities, and other special projects that arise!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet general ledger accounts and schedules.

• Reconcile bank accounts and transactions.

• Accurately allocate direct expenses and prepare monthly analysis reports.

• Manage property and sales tax returns and related documentation.

• Identify and process 1099 vendors, including annual 1099 form preparation.

• Serve as a backup for Accounts Payable operations.

• Provide general support for special projects for the Controller as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting is highly preferred

• 1-3+ years of relatable accounting experience is required
