The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Team:

The Master’s Co-op will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most savvy pension and investment executives in the industry, while getting across experience across asset classes. The Co-op will work alongside our Pension Investment team related projects, including oversight, administration, reporting and performance.

The Co-op will report directly to the Director of Pension Investments, work a part-time schedule (max 20 hrs/week) based upon their availability while completing their Master’s program, starting August and or September 2025 and run through the end of April 2026.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities involving funds

• Develop, maintain and produce a variety of performance, exposure and risk reports

• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, present recommendations and due diligence findings to internal stakeholders.

• Provide monitoring and oversight of the current lineup of investment managers, ensuring that investment managers are delivering upon expectations and in accordance with their designated investment guidelines.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Candidates must be pursuing Master’s (MS or MBA) with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field and should not graduate prior May 2026. Please submit a copy of your Academic transcripts with your application.

• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Outstanding quantitative skills and analytical ability.

• Great attention to detail and concern for quality and accuracy of final product (and ability to balance that concern with deadlines).

• Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a broader team.

• A general passion for investments and global capital markets

• Experience using Tableau or other business intelligence systems

Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:Hybrid: This position is currently designated as hybrid. An employee is expected to be at the site location Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday based on availability. Flexibility around school program curriculum will be granted.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
