We are a leading manufacturer in the plastic molding industry. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations.

Position Overview: The Vice President of Operations will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will drive operational excellence, improve efficiencies, and ensure that production targets and customer expectations are consistently met. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Operations will also collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and growth.

salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a background in plastic molding injection or blow molding experience preferred but not necessary.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.

• Detailed knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.

• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software is a plus.
