Job Details New Graduate RN Residency Program Our RN residents will learn to assess patients, develop care plans and provide care for patients and/or their responsible care givers during this 12 month residency program. The resident will be under the tutelage of a mentor during this time. The nurse resident will attend the classes assigned by this program and demonstrate proficiency in the content. At the completion of the residency program, the job title will change to Field RN. Qualifications: Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience Basic Life Support Certification Current, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
