Job Details We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Farmingdale office. As an essential member of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct preliminary screenings of applicants, arrange interviews, and provide comprehensive assistance to candidates throughout the application and onboarding process. - Contribute to the scheduling, and promotion of Recruitment and Open House events. - Participate in the development of impactful advertisements, engaging social media content, and innovative marketing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent. - Monitor and report on recruitment activity, time-to-fill, applicant turn-around, and optimize advertisements and social media traffic for future hiring initiatives. - Coordinate pre-employment drug screenings and reference assessments with precision and efficiency. - Collaborate on planning and executing dynamic Employee Engagement initiatives that foster a vibrant company culture. - Be the welcoming face of our organization, providing comprehensive information to employees and applicants about Catholic Health employment, benefits, and more. Minimum Requirements: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. - A solid understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and employment/labor laws. - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in organizational and PC skills, including HRIS. Knowledge of Lawson is advantageous. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare setting by multitasking and adapting to changing priorities with ease. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
