What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar test role.

• Proficiency in reading schematics and moderate PC programming skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Experience in defense electronics (preferred).

• Must be ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Testing a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures

• Configuring, interpreting, recording, or setting up and operating various test stands

• Utilizing tools to test and troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level

• Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics

• Communicating work status to team members and support staff (e.g. shift pass down, engineering, maintenance, job progression, audits)

• Utilizing theory of electronic circuitry and electrical components

• Writing in a clear and concise technical manner

• Performing proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds

• Compiling with applicable elements of quality systems and participates in continuous improvement efforts (CORE)

• Acquiring applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required

• Compiling with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs

• Utilizing computer tools such as SAP and accurately follows work instructions

• Training others for technical tasks as needed
