Hub Truck Rental Corp. Customer Service Supervisor in Farmingdale, New York

The job responsibilities in this hands-on position will include but are not limited to the following: Complete yard count and upload into Hub system, Update out of service, ME, and PM screens in Comet Update work schedule for Techs and yardperson Approve payroll utilizing Paycom Review and enter all ROs, Invoices and swaps Order all parts and supplies for the facility including core returns New truck Prep process from start to finish Enter and update information in the TQ and TMB screens Lettering needs for new trucks, existing trucks and accident trucks Record 360s of all new and used trucks PMIs of all new and used trucks Support and cover road service when needed including paperwork entries Maintain a safe and clean workplace Answer phones and respond to emails Complete inventory check
