We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional with strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Excel, including formulas for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The ideal candidate will excel at reviewing reports for discrepancies, resolving issues, and managing business-to-business collections through phone calls and emails. salary: $27 - $32 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Monitor an average of 100 business accounts and manage outstanding accounts receivable

• Collection calls and emails to clients that have past due accounts

• Assist with payment application

• Analyze reports for review and resolution of billing discrepancies

• Process credit applications

• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

• Submission of invoices and requisitions via various e-filing platforms

• Communicate and follow up effectively with the sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
