Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Starting Wage: $25.81 + $2.30 shift differential Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:48pm-3:18am Location: Faribault South What's in it for you: Paid Time Off 88 Hours of Holiday Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans Pension Plan funded by Daikin Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Growth Opportunities Climate Controlled Facility What you will do: Duties include the setup and operation of CNC and associated production machines to fabricate headers and produce parts according to engineering specifications, including power saw, manual bender (various bends), power sizer and bender Operations include, but are not limited to drilling, end-forming, bending, swaging, reaming, sizing, deburring, dimpling and other similar operations on various sizes and types of tubing and regular operator preventive maintenance functions on the machines used Trains new members on the various machines, procedures and work instructions Performs other duties as assigned Must exhibit the ability to work well with others in a team environment and make sound decisions regarding workflow Must be able to perform all aspects of the job with efficiency to meet production standards of quality and performance Must exhibit attention to detail with a focus on quality work Minimum Qualifications: Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience Daikin Applied Americas Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from minorities, woman, the disabled, protected veterans, and other qualified applicants.
