Job Description:

Join Essentia Health's Sleep Lab Team and work within all aspects of sleep disorder testing.

You will be responsible for the performance of all aspects of sleep disorder testing performed on pediatrics through adults.

Responsibilities include:

• Patient screening and scheduling by phone,

• Perform polysomnograms,

• Perform patient education during and after patient admission,

• Participate in case review and treatment plans with physicians, and

• Arrange the prescribed patient home therapy.

Education Qualifications:

  • 12 hour Shifts

Required Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited respiratory care/ respiratory therapy program.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician with current RCP state licensure.

  • Board Registered Polysomnography Technologist within twenty four (24) months of hire.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification within 30 days of hire.
