PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Physician-led practice seeking additional full-time Hospitalists to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND

  • Department of 14 full-time hospitalists and NP support

  • Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance

  • Strong, collegial team

  • Patient load per hospitalist averages 14-17

  • No procedures required

  • Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support

  • Flexible shifts and scheduling

  • Day, admitting, and nocturnist opportunities available

REQUIREMENTS

  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine

  • BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for mentorship)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation

LOCATION

  • Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota

  • 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul

  • Fargo-Moorhead population: 200,000

  • Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
