American Federal Bank Director of Crop Insurance in FARGO, North Dakota
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the development, implementation and leadership of Crop Insurance Services offered at American Federal. Establish and build relationships with Agricultural customers, and American Federal Ag and Business Banker developing a strong referral source and providing advice and expertise on crop insurance. Plan and implement an aggressive business-calling plan for self and the supervised sales staff. Recruit and hire top performers. Affirmatively seek to continuously increase own knowledge of crop insurance services, operational systems/processes, leadership and industry trends.Assist in the development and implementation of annual and long-range business plans for Crop Insurance which result in achieving portfolio profitability targets and increasing "value added. The positionsells all multi-peril, crop-hail insurance, and refer ag/business, investment, deposit and convenience products and services to American Federal Bankers. Continually uses the American Federal Sales Process.Represent American Federal to the community and assure that the supervised staff are also effective procedures and comply with governmental regulatory laws and regulations.
