CNC Machinist Opportunity in West Fargo, ND!

Kelly Services, in partnership with a leading North Dakota company, is seeking skilled CNC Machinists for a dynamic team environment in West Fargo. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values employee engagement and offers long-term career growth.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends!)

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience

• Pay increase after 90-day temp period, with additional raises throughout employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture metal traffic control and specialty signs

• Shear and punch aluminum materials

• Operate and program CNC machines

• Work with CNC lasers and routers (experience preferred)

• Pull materials as required for production

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 1-2 years of production or assembly experience

• 1 year of CNC machine operation experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
