The Talent Operations data analyst will be responsible for the development, integration, and streamlining of data analysis, reporting, and requests for key Talent work streams, projects, and initiatives. This includes the development of proactive dashboards with key Talent leaders to ensure consistency of measurements of success and program/project performance. This individual will work closely with the Operations team to build a Talent measurements strategy and framework for all Talent Programs to ensure impact, diversity, and performance. He/she will also collaborate with the People Analytics team to ensure the same data tools and resources are leveraged.

The Data Analyst will support all Talent Operations data requests and needs (across TA and TM&D) to ensure critical data is provided to stakeholders for key decision making, while analyzing the trends and providing recommendations based on the data.


• Responsible for WorkDay reporting integration and requirements

• Streamline reporting and automate where appropriate

• Create appropriate dashboards

• Develop process for data calls

• Partner with Talent teams and People Analytics

• Analyze data for trends and next steps

• Produce appropriate charts and slides to display data via data visualization, storytelling, business decision-making, etc.

• Leverage multiple systems and tools to complete data analysis (e.g. Taleo or Workday; People Analytics data warehouse, dashboards, rosters; Talent Neuron, etc.)

• Where appropriate, train team members to self-serve customized or 1-off reporting needs

• Ensure operationally sound knowledge management and data integrity

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or 8+ years with Master's; additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree

  • Demonstrate experience with analytics design, development and deployment

  • Understanding of HR domain areas such as recruiting, DE&I, performance, learning and development and HR metrics

  • Demonstrate experience using analytics to inform business decisions

  • Previous A&D experience to understand drivers and business outcomes

  • Possess expert-level proficiency with Excel and Tableau

  • Display ability to be process oriented and think strategically

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday and/or PRISM Analytics experience

  • Experience with Agile methodology

  • Previous experience with SharePoint, SQL, Python, Access and Data Warehouse

  • Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative and qualitative approaches; communicate complex analysis into actionable next steps

  • Ability to develop new concepts, techniques and standards, perform complex tasks and problem-solve independently without appreciable direction

Salary Range: $103,664.00 - $155,496.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
