Job Description

One of our federal clients is looking for an Organizational Development & Design Consultant to join their team in Washington, DC. This person will be responsible for executing organizational development tasks focusing on improving how the system of individuals and teams work with one another internally, as well as with other external stakeholders, as well as providing leadership insight for organizational design evolutions and implementation of changes. They will also help support change initiatives by facilitating communication and engagement with stakeholders. They should have prior experience executing strategic planning and decision-making efforts while acting as a cross organizational support advisor. They will be collaborating with senior leadership to align organizational design and development strategies with business objectives.

Salary for this role is $120k - $135k annually.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 10+ years of experience with facilitation, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement

• Strong organizational development and design experience.

• Stakeholder communication and facilitator experience.

• Strategic planning and advisory experience supporting organizational objectives null
