Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Telecommunications Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, handling emergency communications, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, medical staff, and the public.

salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.

• Operate communication systems, including switchboards and emergency response systems.

• Provide accurate information and assistance to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely communication and response to patient needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or nursing education.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
