ASRC Federal is seeking a Data and SharePoint Analyst with strong Excel experience to join our team.
Our program supports the Defense Health Agency's mission to deploy industry-leading solutions by providing a full range of business, operational, and technical work streams for the Program Executive Office (PEO), Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS), and the associated Program Management Offices. The Data and SharePoint Analystwill be part of an Agile support team that provides engineering, data management, cybersecurity, deployment, infrastructure, cloud support, business operations, data analytics, and a complete range of IT services.
Work location is Washington, DC metro area (preferred); Remote
Responsibilities:
This role’s duties will adjust dynamically as part of a unified, integrated, agile team. The Data and SharePoint Analyst will be required to support different parts of the following duties.
Begin tracking key acquisition metrics and develop dashboard to be shared and hosted on DHMS SharePoint
Perform data analysis to proactively identify acquisition schedule requirements
Develop and send backlog reports every three weeks
Monitor progress of stakeholders to meet schedule requirements
Troubleshoot and enhance acquisition platform SharePoint and Planners
Gather input and draft monthly acquisition platform digest, to be sent to key DHMS acquisition stakeholders and clients
Centralized document management and knowledge capture structure
Continuous improvement in backlog capture and reporting
Identify areas for process and reporting improvement and/or standardization and execute on agreed-to initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years of experience providing project management and data analysis support is required
Experience developing dashboards using Excel, Power BI and posting in a SharePoint environment is required
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Planner, and SharePoint is required
Experience cleansing large data files using tools such as Alteryx or other applications
Proficient with MS products and Agile tools such as Jira and Trello strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple / fragmented responsibilities at once with poise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of tailoring complex concepts in a clear, concise, unambiguous, engaging, and convincing manner to specific audience, including PowerPoint for executive audience
Professional experience and/or training / certification in Agile and/or Scrum methods
Program, project, and/or product management experience for Federal acquisition efforts
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Knowledge and experience with software systems and supporting programs / services
Experience in successful planning & completion of acquisition milestones
Undergraduate degree in related field is required, Master’s degree preferred
Experience in DoD orMilitary Health Systemis preferred
