BADGER CUSTOM PALLET INC Pallet Builder in FALL RIVER, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Repairs used pallets for resale and future use. Prioritize and plan to meet production deadlines. Ensure quality & safety standards are followed. Wear all proper protective equipment as required and in accordance with the Safety Policy and OSHA. Ability to run industrial equipment in saw shop and production as needed. Fill in as needed/where needed to cover for unplanned absences. Set workflow pace to meet production requirements. Operate all equipment in a safe and reliable manner. Effectively communicate safety, maintenance, and production issues. Disassembly and Repair of wooden crates, pallets, and boxes for reuse. Cut, nail, or staple wood pieces to customer specifications. Operate hand and power tools in a safe manner. Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced with the safe use of hand tools, including up-cut saw and circular saw. Read tape measure and follow detailed work instructions. Operate assigned equipment in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Maintain neat and orderly conditions in work area and help maintain and promote safe conditions throughout the facility. Work independently and as part of a team.
