Job Summary

To provide a flexible educational program and classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth. To provide learning experiences based upon district-adopted curriculum guides, expectancies, state frameworks, state program quality criteria, and model curriculum standards. To establish an effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an educational program in accordance with each pupil's ability; to establish effective relationships with parents, community, and staff.
