We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our billing processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is directly responsible for the maintenance of Accounts Receivable and Contract Billing along with any other related duties and assignments delegated by the Accounting Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze Carelogic general ledger reports.

• Record Accounts Receivable.

• Record all bank deposits and withdrawals.

• Retrieve Commonwealth of Mass. Online printouts to identify direct deposits.

• Analyze billing receivable report against accounting receivable balances.

• Work with billing department on receivable discrepancies.

• Prepare information for various internal and external audits.

• Respond to reasonable expectations of Agency and/or supervisor.

Skills

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Aging Receivables (2 years of experience is preferred)

• General Ledger (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Basic Accounts Receivable

• Bank Deposits

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 2 years

• Experience level: Entry Level
