Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and basic maintenance on all machines, including Conveyor, Baggers, Packaging, Suction, and Hydraulic Machines. Your role will involve testing and troubleshooting all electrical and mechanical issues up to the PLC level. Further electrical issues will be delegated to our in-house electrician. You will also be tasked with repairing parts throughout the day as needed. Experience in refrigeration or ammonia is a huge plus.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fairmont, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a food production setting, which maintains a constant temperature of 55 degrees. All employees are required to wear a hair net and lab coat. If you have a beard, a beard cover is required. For safety reasons, no jewelry can be worn on the production floor, including wedding rings. Please note that the role requires standing for the entire shift.
