Position Description
Successfully operates cranes to discharge cargo from vessels to shore.
Position Requirements
Safely and efficiently operate cranes and related gear to transfer materials
Maintain and repair cranes as trained and instructed
Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment
Assist as required in the transfer and storage of materials through the use of conveyors, rolling equipment and related equipment
Participates in operational, safety and environmental training as assigned
Other duties as instructed by management
Work a rotating schedule as assigned
Must be available for non-scheduled shifts as needed
Work outside in all types of weather conditionsClimb stairs up to 80 feetMeet physical and medical requirements as Crane Operator per OSHA 1917.27
Must be able to secure TWIC Card
