Robert Half has partnered with an esteemed firm to bring an experienced Account Receivables Clerk onto their rapidly-growing team. Offered as a a short-term contract / temporary opportunity, this Account Receivables Clerk position will be based in the Fairfield, California area.

Responsibilities

• Support quality archived records by filing documents

• Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

• Appease accounts by balancing entries

• Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

• Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Maintain and balance general ledger

  Requirements

• ERP experience desired

• Experience using accounting software

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
