Job Title: Project Management Specialist Location: Fairfax, VA Clearance: Secret Certifications: None required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead teams on large projects or manage significant segments of complex projects. The ideal candidate will analyze new and intricate project-related challenges and create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodologies, tools, and solution components. This role involves providing application systems analysis and programming activities across government sites, facilities, or multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams for large projects or key project segments.

  • Analyze complex project challenges and develop innovative solutions.

  • Oversee finance, scheduling, technology, methodologies, tools, and solutions for project success.

  • Conduct application systems analysis and programming for government sites or multi-location environments.

  • Develop long- and short-term plans for application selection, system development, system maintenance, and production activities.

  • Ensure adequate support resources for project success.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a project management role.

  • Education: An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree will be considered as equivalent experience.

  • Clearance Requirement: Secret clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with government project management and systems analysis.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various locations.
