Position Description:

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate technologists. This position is located in our USA VA Fairfax -- USAVAFAI01 office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Supports the PM in executing of project.

• Maintains a strategic enterprise partner relationship with the leadership.

• Apprises leadership of all significant issues in a timely manner.

• Oversees development of Project Schedules.

• Helps the PM implement strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the project team.

• Ensures program integration across task areas, groups, and functional/technical teams.

• Assists the PM in the use innovative processes to plan, organize, and control activities,

manage risks and to monitor performance.

• Ensures all task areas meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.

• Analyzes significant deviations from plan, takes corrective actions, and forecasts any impact on

contract deliverables.

• Drives effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple

disparate groups with competing priorities.

• Oversees adherence to standard processes.

• Assists the PM in staffing, including staff need forecasting.

• Assists the PM in evaluating staff performance, career growth, and appraisal process.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Clearance

• Secret

Educational and Related Experience

• MBA or MS/MA degree in Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer

Science, Cybersecurity or related Technical Discipline.

• PMP preferred.

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience supporting complex IT projects, and a

minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience managing large diverse project teams

• Strong technical or refugee processing background, with understanding or hands-on experience

in systems design, cyber security, software development and web technologies

• Excellent client facing and internal communications skills.

• Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500.00 - $209,100.00.
