Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for the following roles based on strengths:

• Drain and replace oil on various pieces of equipment

• Perform minor repairs to CNC machines

• Train on CNC equipment such as mills and lathes

• Read and understand company blueprints

• Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

• Assemble products using hand/power tools

Hard Skills

• Maintenance Technician (coolant tech)

• Oil Change

• Lube Technician experience

• Machine Operating Experience (preferred)

• Manufacturing or Mechanical experience

• Mechanical aptitude

Soft Skills

• Team and family-oriented

• Open and receptive to learning new skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in FAIRBURY, IL.

Work Environment

The company consists of 80 employees. The company has welding, machining, assembly, shipping, and clerical departments. Employees currently have the freedom to work independently, opportunities to advance their careers, and the flexibility of the company. Training is available in just about any area, and the company seeks candidates who are open to learning new skills and willing to work the person and possibly weekends.
