Job Title: Management Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to support the USAF customer under the LG Capability & Enabler program contract. This role focuses on assisting the Air Force weapon system program management by performing tasks related to the 12 Product Support Elements. Supply/Logistics background preferred. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing acquisition documents

• Developing strategic plans

• Conducting performance analysis

• Creating and delivering briefings

• Tracking and reporting supply assets

• Performing various management and administrative duties

Required Skills:

• Assist in the execution of the USAF's Predictive Maintenance (Mx) program consistent with DoD policy and CBM+ requirements

• Implement enabling technologies and concepts to achieve the DoD vision for CBM+:

• Prognostics

• Diagnostics

• Portable Maintenance Aids

• Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals

• Interactive Training

• Data Analysis

• Integrated Information Systems

• Automatic Identification Technology

• Reliability Centered Maintenance

• Joint Total Asset Visibility

• Oversee and manage supply assets and resources

• Ensure effective asset management aligned with Air Force budgets

• Review and analyze acquisition documents

• Develop and implement strategies for program support

• Track and report sustainment functions

• Experience in supply chain management and sustainment

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in preparing financial metrics and program reports

• Ability to develop and maintain program-related documentation

• Experience in Condition-Based Maintenance is a plus

• Comfortable briefing senior leadership

Education: Bachelors Degree desired
