Ricoh Americas Corporation Marketing Manager, Social Media (Remote) in Exton, Pennsylvania
The Manager, Social Media will be responsible for strategy, development and execution of social media editorial content and calendars across all Ricoh USA channels. Responsible for the governance and oversight of the platforms, including directing the Social Media Specialist in the day-to-day community management, content creation, and scheduling along with reporting/analyzing data to grow followers and engagement. Direct & manage the Ricoh Employee Advocacy Program.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the editorial strategy and direct the Social Media Specialist in curating the monthly social editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and daily posts. Partner with cross functional teams to provide strategic guidance that ensures the content supports our brand platform and go to market campaigns while delivering business value.
Partner with Creative & Content teams on the social asset creation, write social post copy, and provide oversight of the day-to-day execution of social posts. Ensure the messaging & assets are on brand, accurate, relevant & engaging.
Provide recommendations for key industry verticals to promote content that positions Ricoh and our stakeholders as Industry experts and increases engagement.
Establish relevant KPIs, implement dashboards, and provide reporting and analysis of social post performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. Provide actionable insights to inform our content strategy and improve engagement.
Manage the employee advocacy program to help shape Ricoh’s market perception and establish our employees as industry thought leaders. Develop quarterly plans to enroll and onboard employees within the program and increase social sharing behavior. Implement KPIs and industry benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of the program.
Facilitate responses to customer service queries on social media.
Utilize applicable social media MarTech tools to monitor brand affinity and opinion. Provide strategic guidance to the organization on opportunities for management and improvement.
Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices including the next big thing on social.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Bachelor’s degree required: Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
5-7 years of digital social media marketing experience in a B2B environment. In depth knowledge of today’s top social platforms and best practices
Prior experience managing direct reports
Strong track record of developing a successful social editorial strategy including experience building editorial calendars, writing and creating content and campaigns across all social platforms
Demonstrated experience with social publishing, monitoring and measurement platforms
