Electrical Engineer - Exton, PA - Onsite

We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to support state of the art avionics equipment. This role requires you to be onsite for the first 90 days, then you will have hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering designs and requirements with other engineering disciplines.

• Design and analyze electronic circuits and components.

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and testing of circuit boards.

• Provide hardware design support from the Concept phase through Production.

• Apply engineering skills and creativity to the product line.

Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience

• Circuit board design - Both digital and analog experience.

• Proficiency with PCAD or Allegro

• Familiarity with FPGA development and VHDL

• Familiarity with IPC design standards

• Competency in circuit board troubleshooting and analysis

• Experience in component selection and sourcing

• Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, critical thinking, and technical competency
