work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 1ST, 2ND, AND 3 SHIFT. THIS IS NOT A SET SCHEDULE.

The Job You Will Perform:

Effectively unload unfinished blanks from the corrugator and assemble rows in WIP area.

Load converting machines with correct orders to be produced based on machine line ups.

Be able to keep up with the flow of production.

Ensure inventory is correct and order quantities remain consistent with customer requirements.

Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift, pull packs or other power equipment. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Daily, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following indicated work methods.

Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories.

Other duties as assigned by Managers and or Supervisors/Shift Leader

Be accountable for all orders in the WIP area.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 9 hours at one time

• working up to 7 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
