Our client is seeking a Senior Materials and Processes Engineer to add to their Product Innovation team. This role will be working directly under the R&D Director.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree : Aerospace/Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering

• 8 years experience with advanced materials (plastics, composites, ceramics, multi-material alloys

• Aerospace backround preferred but not required- electronics, consumer goods, automotive ok!

Must be able to travel internationally and domestically!

responsibilities:

• Oversee industrialization of key technologies for Aerospace manufacturing.

• Design, develop, and maintain technical documentation for optimizing production processes.

• Oversee creation of processes, workflows, and documentation for advanced material products.

• Collaborate with Product Development to design and develop robust, repeatable processes and specifications.

• Ensure continuous improvement for increased manufacturing efficiency.

• Select commercially procurable test and manufacturing equipment for the production line by the M&P group.
