Adecco US, Inc. Seeking a Resident Care Manager RN in Everett, WA in Everett, Washington

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Resident Care Manager to join our top tier non-profit Transitional Care organization in Everett, WA. We are seeking a compassionate RN who can comfortably help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility. Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

  • Must be comfortable working on all 3 shifts if necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary of $50-60/hr

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, life, and STD, and 403b benefits available 1 st of the month after 30 days

Qualifications:

  • WA State Unencumbered RN License

  • Current CPR certification

  • Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop written plans of care for each resident and review their medical and nursing treatments to ensure they are in accordance with the patients care plan.

  • Make daily rounds to ensure all staff are performing their assignments.

  • Review nurses’ notes to ensure they are providing care in accordance with the physician and the patient's wishes.

  • Train, evaluate, and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff.

  • Provide direct nursing care as needed.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
