[]{#_Hlk15270516}SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, the Quality Control Auditor supports Quality Control (QC) by performing audits of aircraft maintenance records and providing paperwork control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs a final review of the job paperwork to ensure completion in compliance with customer maintenance program requirements and the Repair Station Manual (RSM).
  • []{#Hlk111693003}[]{#Hlk111692992}Performs audits to current procedures or policies established by the customer or ATS.
  • Verifies completeness and accuracy of all Maintenance documents.
  • Evaluates documentation of the maintenance actions and identifies any missing detail or discrepancies.
  • Inputs audit rejection data into QAR database.
  • Evaluates rejection data and creates reports for feedback to Maintenance/QC teams as requested by management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • []{#Hlk15452178}[]{#Hlk15271830}High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • General office or records experience preferred.

PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand, and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up[]{#_Hlk15452254}. The employee may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

The full base pay range for this position is $18.00 -- $23.00 (expressed as hourly for non-exempt), exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. The lower end of the range represents the target base pay for those beginning or developing in the role. The higher end of the range is intended for those who have mastered the role, with proven significant expertise, high achievement, and specialized skills. If you are hired at ATS, your hourly rate will be based on factors including skills, education and experience. In addition to those factors -- we consider internal equity of our current employees when determining offers. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. We also offer a generous benefits package, as detailed below.
