Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Procurement Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our Operations Functional Excellence team in Everett , Washington !

This position will support the Operations Functional Excellence team within BCA Supply Chain. The ideal candidate should thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and have strong experience in collaboration, problem solving, and leading activities independently. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical in this role, as the successful candidate will need to coordinate with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders to meet business priorities. The position will require a strong understanding of or willingness to learn supply chain processes and their impact on the production system.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.

  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.

  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.

  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.

  • Develops and communicates scenario and risk mitigation plans.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or a Manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management

  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics and/or project management processes

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

Typical Education/ Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3): Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior (Level 4): Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,600 - $110,400

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $100,300 - $135,700
