What You Will Do

  • Enable program execution and production deliveries to new heights of excellence.

  • Ensure seamless production delivery and cross-functional coordination for optimal results.

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team across functions, resolving issues and propelling program success.

  • Innovate alongside diverse professionals, shaping the industry's future with groundbreaking product enhancements.

  • Support multiple projects concurrently, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders.

  • Conduct data analysis to maintain program integrity across all critical parameters.

  • Facilitate workflow efficiency by addressing problem reports and engineering change notices swiftly and decisively.

  • Travel up to 5% both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar integrated project scheduling software) and experience in MS Excel.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Have experience managing medium development programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.

  • P&L management

  • Customer-facing experience as a project/program manager.

  • Previous engagement with operations/manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry.

  • Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.

  • Change management experience.

  • PMP Certification

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
