Adecco is hiring immediately for Machine Operators in Everett, WA. While working as a Machine Operator for Adecco, you will earn $19.00-$21.00/hour + other great benefits!

In this role, you will be working in the packaging department operating machinery. This includes troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, waste control, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 months related experience and/or training

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food industry

• Previous packaging work experience preferred

• Intermediate math skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal/external customers

• Ability to learn system logic and operate HMI/control panels and fine tune equipment for minor and major adjustments

• Self-directed, able to keep oneself and the production line busy

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently

• High attention to detail

• Must be able to work in an environment frequently exposed to loud, wet, and cold conditions

Available shifts:

• Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

• Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm

• Monday-Friday 2:00pm-6:30am

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
