This position is in Everette, WA Practice - CIS - Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services About Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services: Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS), is all about adopting digital transformation by driving core modernization holistically across layers. We help customers transform infrastructure and workplace to meet the constantly evolving needs of the digital era. Our broad approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to run the business in a secure environment. Strong M365 Engineer A Microsoft 365 Engineer is a role that requires advanced skills and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services including Power Platform. Solve and resolving complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. Integrating and customizing Microsoft 365 services and features with other applications and systems, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, etc. Creating and maintaining documentation and standard processes for Microsoft 365 services and features. Creating and managing Microsoft 365 tenants, domains, and subscriptions, Power Platform solutions. Monitoring and optimizing the performance, availability, and health of Microsoft 365 services Implementing and managing hybrid scenarios that integrate Microsoft 365 with on-premises systems. Developing and deploying custom applications, workflows, and chatbots using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. Providing guidance and support to other Power Platform developers and users. Qualifications A solid background in IT engineering and administration, preferably with Microsoft technologies A deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform. A working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and features, such as Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Azure Monitor, etc. A familiarity with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and customization Solid experience in support managem
