Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.
