Job Title: Team LeadJob Description

As a Team Lead, you will provide daily direction and assist the team with technical issues. You will have a solid understanding of the cell and the ripple effect of production decisions. Your responsibilities include resolving work-related issues, consulting with Managers on complex problems, coordinating with other teams to meet factory needs, and securing resources. You will escalate safety, quality, performance, and interpersonal issues to Managers timely and professionally. Additionally, you will assist in daily work assignments, track and enter KPI data, lead stand-up meetings, and work on additional projects as needed.

Hard Skills

• Experience with the team’s products and processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement

• Ability to collaborate with others

• Providing and seeking constructive feedback

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Everett, Washington.

Work Environment

Must be able to read, speak, and understand English to comprehend safety information, supervisory direction, and other instructions. Previous Team Lead experience is preferred.
