Job Title: Door Shop Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Door Shop Technician to join our team. You will be working in a dynamic environment building millwork, operating machines, using saws, and ensuring the highest quality of doors and millwork for construction contractors.
Responsibilities
Operate machines and use power tools to build millwork.
Utilize saws and other equipment to fabricate doors.
Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure.
Perform general labor tasks including heavy lifting and assembly.
Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
6+ months of experience in production or construction.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting measurements with a tape measure.
Experience in a warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
Ability to move wide materials safely and efficiently.

Work Environment
Work in a warehouse production environment with potential exposure to sawdust or other wood products. Be prepared for regular heavy lifting and maintaining safety protocols.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EVERETT, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
