Job Title: Door Shop Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Door Shop Technician to join our team. You will be working in a dynamic environment building millwork, operating machines, using saws, and ensuring the highest quality of doors and millwork for construction contractors.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and use power tools to build millwork.

• Utilize saws and other equipment to fabricate doors.

• Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure.

• Perform general labor tasks including heavy lifting and assembly.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of experience in production or construction.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting measurements with a tape measure.

• Experience in a warehouse setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

• Ability to move wide materials safely and efficiently.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse production environment with potential exposure to sawdust or other wood products. Be prepared for regular heavy lifting and maintaining safety protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EVERETT, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
