Adecco US, Inc. Director of Nursing Services in Everett, Washington

Adecco Medical is currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our amazing non-profit Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility in Everett, WA. We are seeking someone who is a true leader – someone who can inspire those around them to do and be their best to help develop a cohesive team. Our client is working hard to create a positive, culture-focused environment so that our clinical staff can provide the best possible experience for the patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Unencumbered Washington RN license

  • 3-5 Years of experience as a DON (will consider less experience for the right candidate!)

  • Experience with survey’s, specifically in Washington state (preferred)

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and staff nursing resources.

  • Ensure staff have the resources and support they need to provide the best care for the needs of residents within Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care environments.

  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • NO On-Call

  • Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary of up to $160k

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, life, and STD, and 403b benefits available 1 st of the month after 30 days

  • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays

  • Performance Bonuses of up to 10% of base salary

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
