GE Aerospace Sr Manufacturing Staff Manager - Material Plan & Execution in Evendale, Ohio

Job Description Summary

The Senior Material Planning Leader will partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of part schedules meet both source / shop capacity and customer / business needs for hardware on consignment. In addition, it will be a critical member in support of the sourcing strategy for raw material. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing part level details, schedules and parameters for Consignment

  • Drive clarity and alignment of Supply and Demand across all streams

  • Support process improvement efforts to optimize inventory, manage capacity and support delivery improvements

  • Provide optimal schedule stability to source/shop organization

  • Integral member of S&OP team, participating in and leading Supply Reviews for Key Customer Groups

  • Manage and balance key metrics including Early Supply, Late Supply, Excess Supply

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college + a minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, Sourcing and/or Materials experience
