OneMain Financial Tech Support Specialist in Evansville, Indiana

OneMain is looking for Support Specialists to join our team in Evansville, IN. OneSupport is an internal help desk that provides technical and account support to OneMain team members. Applicants must have strong customer service experience with the capability and desire to learn the financial and technical skills required for the position. An extensive training program is provided to all new team members. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

We are holding an in-person Hiring Event on Wednesday, September 13th at our location in Downtown Evansville from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM! We are located at 601 NW 2nd Street, Evansville, IN 47708.

In the Role

  • Resetting Passwords for Team Members

  • Providing basic support for technical issues including email, PC, printers, laptops, etc.

  • Providing support to Team Members with application, account servicing and balancing issues.

  • Other duties as assigned.

During the training period, the hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM. Once trained, the hours are as follows:

  • Monday through Friday 7 AM to 9 PM. Shifts are as follows: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, and 12pm-9pm.

  • Minimum of 5 evening shifts a month: 10 AM to 7 PM, 11 AM to 8 PM, or 12 Noon to 9 PM

  • Saturdays 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with a day off throughout the week.
