Responsibilities

· Review and release of batch records

· Collect and inspect first shots

· Collect, inspect, and document WIP and finished goods retains for storage.

· Perform rework operations on non-conforming material (WIP, finished goods and customer returns) as required.

· Utilize computer systems (JDEdwards) to place inventory on blocked status in audit area as required

· Conduct a variety of audits including: Process, cGMP, Warehouse, Glass/Brittle Plastics, and Chemical Control.

· Final audit of production and rework parts

· Complete Final Inspection Form QA 116 for all audited product

· Transfer product internally and assist associates in doing so through the use of internal product transfer forms

· Reject product internally and assist associates in doing so

· Assist production as needed.

· Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance processes & GMP

• Computer application skills (spreasheets, databases, email)

• Use of gauges and measurement equipment

• Ability to work independently as well as with others on projects and assigned tasks.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

• Experience with powered industrial trucks, including operating fork lift
