ManpowerGroup Operations Coordinator - DIRECT HIRE in Evansville, Indiana

Manpower is currently looking for an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL with knowledge of various office management systems and procedures for a direct hire opportunity.

What will you be doing?

  • Tracking and assisting with sales and commission information

  • Assisting with tracking and scheduling training activities and records

  • Prepare department executive report summaries

  • Create slides and presentations for meetings

What are the experiences and qualifications that you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrative assistant

  • Proficiency in MS office

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
