Comscore Associate Compensation Analyst in Evansville, Indiana

Job Title: Associate Compensation Analyst

Location: Evansville, IN

About This Role:

This position requires on site work 3-4 days/week.

The Compensation Associate will assist the Lead Compensation Specialist with the execution of sales commissions and incentive award programs for the Commercial salesforce. Working with the Lead Compensation Specialist, this position will assist in the execution of quota goals and quarterly commissions in Xactly.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with Xactly including plan document(s), alignment of annual/quarterly quota goals, credits to performance

  • Assist with the quarterly commission process in Xactly through Payroll

  • Assist with Onboarding and Separation processes

  • Additional responsibilities as required by business need

What You'll Need:

  • 2-5+ years of administrative experience preferably working in compensation and benefits

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced skills in Excel

  • Ability to create, maintain and develop processes and procedures

  • Experience with Salesforce and Xactly administration is preferred

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Compensation: $55,000.00 Salary ; Commensurate with experience.
