TEKsystems Sr Technical Support Specialist in EVANSTON, Illinois

Description:

Software:

o Microsoft MCP or MCSA certification

o Experience with imaging and deploying Windows/software using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar enterprise desktop management suite (ex. KACE, Altiris, LanDesk, etc…) (they do not have SCCM so this is not a hard requirement but they do need some sort of Desktop Management Solution)

o Experience supporting MacOS and Mobile devices using Jamf

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office

o Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, and MacOS

o The application of scripting tools such as vb script, powershell, Bash, etc...

Hardware:

o A+ Certification

o Proficiency supporting Dell and Lenovo laptops and desktops

o Proficiency supporting Macbooks, iMac, etc…

o Experience supporting printers; Ricoh, HP, and Canon

o Experience supporting peripherals such as monitors, docking stations; AV/VC support a plus

o Experience supporting mobile devices

Skills:

Desktop support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have at least an associates degree
