Our MCAT Biology instructors pride themselves in giving our students the best classroom experience, whether in-person or online, by:

Modeling professionalism and respectfulness in every interaction

Providing instruction that is fun and engaging through The Princeton Review\'s curriculum

Being great communicators in their interactions with students, parents, and Princeton Review staff

Delivering the goods: helping students consistently improve their scores and providing counsel and support each step of the way

REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant university degree; master\'s degree preferred. (We will occasionally consider exceptional senior undergraduates)

Background in Biology, Biochemistry, and Cell Biology (additional background in molecular biology, microbiology, genetics and physiology preferred)

Teaching, TA, or tutoring experience in a university setting is preferred

Successful completion of our rigorous TPR Instructor Certification Program, including successful completion of qualifying exam

Excellent presentation skills and oral/communication skills appropriate/relevant to test type and students (typically second- and third-year undergraduate science majors)

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Ability to exercise judgment and work independently utilizing The Princeton Review course materials

Ability to manage and prioritize classroom/online student needs and job responsibilities

Ability to work at least 1-2 mornings per week during the summer is strongly preferred

Ability to work nights and weekends a plus
