REPORTING

  • Monthly Reporting: Monitors and reports Retail Sales, Net Sales and Online Net Sales per affiliate and creates a report

  • Quarterly Corporate Reporting: collects and elaborates results and pictures from affiliates.

  • Launches Reporting: Collect quantitative and qualitative feedbacks per market on strategic launches to create a Launch Report for Global brand marketing teams

  • Working in Excel with codes, building PP slides for calls with markets and global team

  • Sending lab samples to markets

PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Assists in the implementation and follow-up of launches per market in accordance with regional/Global guidelines

  • Participates in the commercial development of the points of sale by identifying best-in-class brand activations

  • Participates in the process of forecasts recommendations for all launches (fragrance, makeup, home) to ensure we reach the objectives per brand and per affiliate

-Coordinate and guide affiliates on new programs, monitor Pricing and competition, analyze results of new launched

  • Pulls competitive insight and Monitor key competitor activations across all channels and identify best-in-class brand activations.

  • Prepares and presents a usage plan to deplete products and VM excesses

  • Coordinates with Online, Consumer Engagement and Merchandising departments, as well as with markets representatives for the proper execution on each market

  • Ensures the follow-up of an always up-to-date product listing (with new launches and discontinuations)

  • Coordinates and challenges the affiliates on their VM and Collaterals forecasting

  • Ensures an effective communication with all affiliates, with Global brand stakeholders and with regional support services

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level:

Higher Education (Bac 5, from a Business school or university)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience:

Ideally at least 1-year work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant marketing experience.

Required Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (language of work)
