About the Job:

The Europe Middle East Africa and India headquarter of the Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a new intern!

The Fragrance Portfolio includes Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London, Kilian Paris and Frederic Malle. The intern will be working closely with Fragrance Finance Director and Business Manager.

About your responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting Regional Finance Managers & Director as well as Brand Partners in the completion of monthly Estimate and budget templates and all ah-hoc analysis to drive business decisions and improve the Portfolio’s performance.

  • Consolidating files for the Fragrance portfolio by maintaining a fluid communication between the key stakeholders, while taking over the role of settling the integrated brand through standardizing processes and files, communicating with the finance teams in markets and global brand.

  • Maintaining and improving the processes and files for the Fragrance portfolio

  • Maintaining a fluid communication flow between the key stakeholders, which include the finance teams in the markets and the global brand teams.

  • Assisting in requirements such as finance presentations, ad-hoc analysis for Brand Partners, etc.

Key tasks:

  • Taking over consolidation files maintenance, making sure the individual brands’ files are properly reflected into the Fragrance Portfolio information.

  • Assisting in requirements such as finance presentations, ad-hoc analysis for Brand Partners, etc.

  • Creating new standardized reporting files with key financial indicators to deliver valuable insights for actual, estimate and budget P&L results.

Qualifications

About you:

Available 6 months starting JULY 2024

internship agreement mandatory

Minimum Education Level: Bac 5 ( Business management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, AI...)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1 year

Required Language Proficiency: Fluent English

Licenses or Certifications: Bac 5

Additional Job Specifications: Must have positive attitude and strong analytic skills, as well as strong IT skills on Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel)
